Frame: Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and mild cleaning solution. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.

What length is the harness? Max length around the waist is 25"
Max length from shoulder to buckle is 10.5". Seat Height starts at the uppermost insert hole is 3" from the top of the seat. There are 2' in between inserts going down to adjust.
